The Central Certification Board – Bangalore region examining officers Nagendra Swamy and Smt Jyothi Sunil erred in granting 28.22 seconds songs to ‘Huch Venkat’ Kannada cinema. The order copy is VIS -01-60-2014-BAN, dated 23^rd June 2014 – signed by Nagendra Swamy.

One of the songs Rowdyism henge Hoitede….shot at TR Mills burial ground is the reason for discussion now. Venkat and his team captured this song dancing, consuming liquor holding ‘Long’ on the buried persons of our kith and kins – after burial the particular place is decorated and the birth-death date, name etc are affixed on it. On several of such buried people Huch Venkat and dancers dance standing atop of it. This is highly objectionable the entire media that witnessed the song hit back at Venkat at Sri Chamundeswari studio.

You know the answer that came from Venkat for such a hit back from media? Censor has permitted then what is the fuss. Primarily the TR Mills burial ground has committed a glaring blunder and it is not an oversight the regional censor has passed certificate. They should have taken care of such injustice done to those who have left us.

We totally condemn the TR Mill burial ground authorities, Huch Venkat and team plus the regional censor board.
